Greg is all about the big picture. He’s also all about the details. From his beginnings as an analyst programming SAS in complex corporate litigation cases at Charles River Associates and at Digitas where he helped web clients understand impact from web investments and marketing campaigns, Greg’s main focus has always been to assess situations from all angles and help clients understand what they need for better business. Later roles at BathandBodyWorks.com, Community Connect and ooVoo.com, found him implementing those changes directly and putting stats like “4,000/registrations a day to 40,000/registrations a day” on the board. Results!
Greg’s economic and management roots were grown at the London School of Economics and Clark University, MA. He’s certified in Google Analytics and Omniture SiteCatalyst and is working toward his certification as #1 Dad.
Our numbers guy, Jeff is also a serious implementation guru. As a Director of Search Marketing at Tipology.com, he generated 100,000 complex travel leads in a 24-month period, managing paid search, SEO and affiliate strategies. At the Prime Visibility Media Group, Jeff managed $1,000,000+ in annual SEM spending across several B2B/B2C clients while handling firm-wide SiteCatalyst and web analytics implementation, reporting and AM training. Then at Pond5.com, he helped grow revenues from $5,000/month to $300,000+/month and organic traffic from 3,000 visits per month to 150,000+ monthly visits. And that’s just a start; you bet we can expect more of this from Jeff.
Jeff has been on the Omniture Customer Advisory Board and is certified in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Omniture SiteCatalyst and Omniture Test&Target. He began with a degree in finance and is currently looking for more answers with a master’s degree in applied mathematics.
As Delve’s team continued to grow, Greg and Jeff realized that companies of all sizes continued to lack the ability to leverage their data to drive business goals. Jack was hired to bring in new partnerships to augment current clientele, which consisted solely of referrals as a result of jobs well done. Having served as a trusted advisor to IR500 and Fortune1000 clients since his hiring, Jack is relied upon to manage all sales outreach strategy, activity, and account management in addition to some branding and marketing activities. With a B.S. in Marketing from Fairfield University, Jack’s experience stems from diverse sales experiences in customer-facing B2C and B2B roles. His prowess on a surfboard and ability to beat Greg down the mountain on a snowboard and mountain bike, however, is self-taught : )
Having built and managed analytics teams both agency and client side, Gjalt brings years of analytics consulting expertise to the Delve team. You may hear us tell you that “data is BORING” and Gjalt had the notion back in 2006 that business leaders needed to see it presented in an intelligible and engaging medium, recognizing the importance of data visualization. Until recently, he was responsible for analytics at leading European retailer bol.com where he combined Sitecatalyst and Tableau to get actionable data into the organization. Needless to say, his reports and dashboards soon became the standard for stakeholders. Another cross-functional data science talent, Gjalt helps Delve to advise retail, travel, and finance clients on everything from KPI creation and data collection to data visualization, analysis, testing and optimization.
