Greg Sobiech
Managing Partner, Client Services

Greg is all about the big picture. He’s also all about the details. From his beginnings as an analyst programming SAS in complex corporate litigation cases at Charles River Associates and at Digitas where he helped web clients understand impact from web investments and marketing campaigns, Greg’s main focus has always been to assess situations from all angles and help clients understand what they need for better business. Later roles, at BathandBodyWorks.com, Community Connect and ooVoo.com, found him implementing those changes directly and putting stats like “4,000/registrations a day to 40,000/registrations a day” on the board. Results!

Greg’s economic and management roots were grown at the London School of Economics and Clark University, MA. He’s certified in Google Analytics and Omniture SiteCatalyst and is working toward his certification as #1 Dad.

Jeffrey James
Managing Partner, Strategy

Our numbers guy, Jeff is also a serious implementation guru. As a Director of Search Marketing at Tipology.com, he generated 100,000 complex travel leads in a 24-month period, managing paid search, SEO and affiliate strategies. At the Prime Visibility Media Group, Jeff managed $1,000,000+ in annual SEM spending across several B2B/B2C clients while handling firm-wide SiteCatalyst and web analytics implementation, reporting and AM training. Then at Pond5.com, he helped grow revenues from $5,000/month to $300,000+/month and organic traffic from 3,000 visits per month to 150,000+ monthly visits. And that’s just a start; you bet we can expect more of this from Jeff.

Jeff has been on the Omniture Customer Advisory Board and is certified in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Omniture SiteCatalyst and Omniture Test&Target. He began with a degree in finance and is currently looking for more answers with a master’s degree in applied mathematics.

Kakoli Seal
VP, Customer Insight and Business Intelligence

Kakoli has an interesting take on things most of us miss altogether. With over 20 years of diverse business intelligence leadership at Saks Fifth Avenue, The Limited Brands, Cendant Corporation, Bristol-Myers Squib and AT&T, her talent (lucky for us) is in using technology tools and data to tell a story. At Delve, Kakoli helps our clients realize the intelligence and potential of their customer data and provides actionable insights to drive customer strategy. We would say Kakoli excels at just about everything.

Kakoli has an MS in Statistics from New York University.

Elaine is an e-commerce pioneer who has spent the past 18 years building, managing and advising direct-to-consumer businesses on their e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives. She is immersed in the digital space and has experience in all aspects of e-commerce, including strategy, planning, implementation and management. Having worked as a manager, executive and consultant inside and outside of many leading brands and retailers, Elaine helps create and formulate the strategy and plan as well as understand the details and skill sets required to create, manage and grow successful multichannel businesses. Elaine co-founded Shop.org, worked at Amazon.com as VP of Enterprise Solutions, and at 1800Flowers.com as SVP of Strategy & Business Development.
